The house, built in 2021, features eight bedrooms and sits on a half-acre corner lot. Despite relisting at a loss, Michael hopes to attract buyers for this expansive property.

The New York Post confirmed that the home has been relisted, following Michael's recent Academy Award win for Best Actor in Sinners.

Mansion Features

This three-story mansion spans 11,599 square feet and includes modern amenities like a high-tech security system and an elevator. The open layout features high ceilings and glass walls, entered through a 20-foot pivot door.

Aside from real estate changes, Michael is having a successful year professionally. He won his first Oscar in March and will star in upcoming projects such as the animated movie Swapped, releasing on Netflix May 1, and a remake of The Thomas Crown Affair next March.
