The screening at the Dolby Theatre also saw attendance from other members of Michael's family, including siblings LaToya, Jermaine, Marlon, and Jackie, as well as his son Prince.

Despite many family members attending, Michael's daughter Paris was notably absent. She has criticized the biopic for what she sees as pandering and dishonesty.

Domingo thanked the Jackson family for their support during the event. The biopic "Michael" is scheduled to open in theaters across the US on Friday.
